We are disappointed to learn that during the reconciliation process the Senate Commerce Committee, led by Chairman Ted Cruz, has proposed reducing Brand USA funding to $20 million, down from $100 million.
This funding reduction will significantly impact our entire industry, no matter what sector you serve. While we know we have asked for your engagement on this issue before, your continued action is now more critical than ever.
Please act by reaching out to your Senator TODAY and tell them to protect Brand USA and the U.S. travel industry. The President included $100 million in his budget for Brand USA and Congress must do the same.
